Explain tides and eclipses, as well as the Sun not setting or rising at the poles for 6 months of the year,

The biggest problem facing the flatters is there are no alternate theories to explain phenomenon like this we see with our own eyes. It's easier to fudge some of the other stuff, with people unfamiliar. And flatters can be entertaining in their efforts to maintain their narrative, but flat earth just breaks down before it comes up with an credible explanation for the world around us.

That "we're all in a simulation" actually works better than flat earth.

you are not unique, i saw this behavior in my own family, and only recently uncovered how the ego avoids addressing the issue given: the ego allows some other idea to 'override' and 'overshadow' the new information that conflicts .. because it was written in heavy emotional content of sorts.. emotionally invested

Those debunkings of flat earth appear to be kryptonite to flatters, as not a single flatter has been willing to engage or offer a flat earth rebuttal to those debunkings.

If flat earth theory could refute those debunkings, then I and many others would take it more seriously. But the problem, and reason why flatters flee, is because that's where FET falls apart.

Professor Dave, on youtube. Look through his 'debunking' playlist and find around 7 videos that leave flatters with nothing to say in response.

I found it for you. This is the "10 Challenges For Flat Earthers" video, after some previous and more casual exchanges with flatters. If you'd like more of a challenge, he follows up in that playlist with some more specific debunkings, that flatters just have to avoid because they have no answers.
