Some high ranking members of the government have openly called for the NWO several times, this is one of those events.

It's a video from Bush calling for the NWO in the beggining of Operation Desert Storm. Other people who have openly called for the NWO include George Soros, saying that it is neccesary to crash the US dollar for the sake of one world currency.
