There are only three countries on this planet whose government officials refused to accept the COVID-19 vaccine from WHO: Burundi, Tanzania, and Haiti. The officials in those countries who declined the vax were Presidents in each of those countries. All are now dead.

Came here to say this. The same level of disorganization / institutional ignorance that might lead a government to reject vaccination could very well lead a populace to violently reject that government.
