Research some history.

Geoengineering has been openly practiced for more than a century, including chemtrails.

If Napoleon could have controlled the weather he might have won at Waterloo. EVERY SINGLE WAR depends on weather information and utilizing nature's strengths and weaknesses.

Any military or government or people who don't consider the weather and want to control circumstances are idiots.
