I disagree. A downvote button is used by the vast majority of people as a "dislike" button - one which gives users the opportunity to bury people, words, or ideas they don't like. I think that the lack of a downvote button is great.

I think the idea is that start up bad ideas and fucking dumb shit ideology is just not going to get voted. There is always a third option: don’t give them shit.
