With evidence that vaccines have already been used to sterilize girls, on top of hundreds of examples of gruesome medical experiments conducted on unsuspecting victims; one has to ask if this is a coincidence, an unintended consequence, or in fact purposeful alteration of brain function. It could in fact be that the medication has been purposefully designed to deteriorate a part of the brain that allows for empathy, compassion, or other related function that otherwise prevents psychopathy.
