It was revenge for that, pure and simple. We can't have anyone knowing that - the story is that one day, for no reason at all, someone bombed a federal building.

He claims the Waco Branch Dravidians blew up the building in an act of revenge.

I just checked and both events occurred on April 19th, like he said. A reason for the Oklahoma City bombing was an act of revenge for the Waco incident.
