I understand people are upset because of the economy and they fear for their jobs, but I don't think is the answer. This will only make things worse in all likelihood.

anti-body testing a decent sample size and then pivoting based off that information

Meh. That requires scientism and "authority", playing right into their hands.

This whole pandemic thing is revealing how terrible their scientific methods are. Following their "science" blindly can only lead to further problems, which of course, they'll have their profitable solutions for.

We need transparent open-science that can be universally verified from the fancy labs to anyone in their garage (maybe an exaggeration). When there are no holes left to poke, then you'll have truth (aside from the misinformation propaganda).

The statistics are also clearly being utterly rigged - with both higher and lower numbers, depending what region you're looking at.
