Then why say, " I've paid all my life into those systems and somebody comes along and gets it for free? " Why bitch about it and say, " people into a system who have never paid " if it's not about "fairness". You're being hypocritical, perhaps not consciously if you have a blind spot for this.

All of the police, military, government etc. gets your money for free - and I can prove they do much worse things with it than all the couch potatoes.

I totally agree with you that everyone should earn their way.

However, I'm also certain that the poor and whatever they might get are virtually insignificant in the grand scheme of things. That's the ultimate simple truth.

The poor are a distraction. Canada takes care of our poor and does NOT suffer for it, no matter what the rich might say. We have more peace and manners and ethics because we have less desperation.

Now, in these crisis times, the entire deck is being reshuffled by the ruling class, meanwhile while the powerless and trivial poor, the middle who is getting utterly gutted, and even the upper class with many in peril, have no say in the matters.

The ruling class is the ONLY true and total enemy.
