Elon Musk had his hands in both. X.com merged into PayPal, and years after that he paid billions for Twitter, which is now X.com.

anybody can sell stock privately.. it is an alternative to counterfeiting.. it is a license to steal.

elon musk has sold $500 billion worth of stock in the name of tesla.

he will NEVER be able to repay this capital to the stockholders.

somewhere down the line, they will be left holding a bag of worthless stock.
