The problem is most schools wouldn't allow Christianity because it's "bigoted".

WTF?

The after school Satan club only meets at select public schools where Good News Clubs and other religious clubs meet.

If you'd had bothered to read the article, you'd have noticed that the bigoted Christians already had an after school club:

"I understand the school has to allow them because they allow other after school programs such as the good news, which is a Christian based after school program, that one I'm okay with." - TFA

Honestly I object to the state indoctrinating children with not just religion, but any ideology, be it christianity, wokism, satanism or anything else. The job of the state is to teach facts, not tell you how you have to interpret them.

My main point here was the hypocrisy of many evangelicals that do want religion in schools, and cite their first amendment rights, but do not apply these principles consistently when they dislike the ideology in question

The lack of religion is Humanism, and it's a religion. This is not an open question. The question is, what flavor will you tolerate.

The lack of religion is Humanism

No, thats atheism, which is not the same as humanism, nor is every atheist a humanist. Nietzsche would be an obvious example of an atheist who is no humanist.

"Nietzsche, while departing from a humanistic, pro-Enlightenment viewpoint, criticized humanism for illusions on a number of topics, especially the nature of truth"

There is even christian humanism

"Christian humanism": a historical current in the late Middle Ages, where Christian scholars combined Christian faith with interest in classical antiquity and a focus on human well-being.[56]

Anti-humanists can be atheists as well

According to Karl Marx, humanism is a bourgeois project that attempts to present itself as radical but is not

Which of those meanings do you think is synonymous with "the lack of religion"?

I'd try to explain it but it'd be a waste of effort. Maybe think on it some more.
