The lack of religion is Humanism

No, thats atheism, which is not the same as humanism, nor is every atheist a humanist. Nietzsche would be an obvious example of an atheist who is no humanist.

There is even christian humanism

Anti-humanists can be atheists as well

According to Karl Marx, humanism is a bourgeois project that attempts to present itself as radical but is not

I'd try to explain it but it'd be a waste of effort. Maybe think on it some more.
