Partly true, partly false.

There are countless think tanks, NGOs, corporations, CIA fronts, Mossad fronts, and other secret agencies that have ARMIES of shills paid to maintain the "official narrative". Of course there are also countless ideological minions and brainwashed sheeple to also do their bidding.
