They are so impotent now. /s

They wouldn't have done it if it didn't serve their interests, including giving the illusion of fairness.

The government broke it up because it was in the government's interest to not have this giant corporation destroying the country.

That they are all still powerful does not show that they would be less powerful as one company. Frankly, that is an absurd conclusion.
