Nope.

The legal system is slow, does a lot of swings and misses, as is vulnerable to police corruption and activist judges

But it's fairer than a lynch mob.

A lynch mob lack of due process and emotive environment lends itself to false accusations and extrajudicial murder of innocents.

No matter what color skin you think your peers are.

In particular medical practitioners would be vulnerable in the south for offering health care that is considered unethical in the recent views of some Christian groups.

    MS 13 is largely government sanctioned terrorist organization. That is to say there are people very high up in the government who are the top of the food chain in that organization via CIA black opps. They run all of the drug and human trafficking. That is why the borders are wide open.

    I once read a story of a girl in grade school who had classmate she became friends with. That boy was the son of someone in MS 13. She was groomed into prostitution. One day the parents left the kids alone at home. Her and a younger brother or two. The gang came in and raped the boys. The father went to the police. The story ended with the family going into protective custody and nothing was done about the gang.

    Any candidate who is electable is working with the people who fund, organize, and protect organized crime. If they claim they are building a giant tyrannical police state for the purpose of getting rid of gangs you can bet it is really intended to keep everyone under their thumb. Those gangs can be dealt with legally and rationally under the laws we already have.

    Any new laws should be designed to give more freedom to the people to defend themselves, not more power to the government to "protect" the people.

    If desirable contraband exists, street gangs will exist. It's basically an economic law.

    If you give people permission to form local militias and attack street gangs, it is guaranteed two things will happen:

    1. The local militias will kill people who had nothing to do with street gangs, sometimes because they got bad information and sometimes because they've been given cover to kill their enemies and shrug and say "gang member"; and

    2. The street gangs will be far better funded, armed, and organized than the militias, and people will soon come to realize that joining a militia is a death sentence.

    Do you know how much money the cartels have? It's more than the governments where they're headquartered. They can fight Central and South American militaries on equal footing. They kidnap and execute mayors and governors.

    First off that is not a militia, that is a private police force. Second, that exists. Third, a private police force is a response to a failed state police force and any candidate who runs on that platform is basically saying "fuck you I am not going to fix the police force, go fund and organize a solution".

    The solution to crime is a candidate who opposes left wing agendas which all play into creating a high crime society.
