It is a PR thing, DEI, they want to use Nigeria to show they support diverse people and fight climate change. Nigeria benefits little from it, it is all one big scam like DEI is.

It is a DEI thing, because they are visiting a country where most people are black. Or at least should be DEI to migrate more white people there.
