Biden is stupid in letting the Israel Hamas war continue. This is the proposal Biden should offer Israel provided Egypt agrees. Egypt will be given the West Bank enlarged by land equivalent to the Gaza Strip. In return, Israel will be given the Gaza Strip and land at least 3 times larger than the West Bank in the Sinai Peninsula. Some of the land will be adjacent to water so Israel can build desalination plants. The Sinai is inhospitable, and Egypt doesn’t have the technology to develop it, but Israel does. With its new land, Egypt can give it to the Palestinians, make it a state within Egypt, or whatever it wants.

If Israel doesn't accept the proposal or it's not feasible, the UN should impose a ceasefire. The conflict might not be confined to Israel and Iran. If the US attacks Iran, Russia might join Iran's side.

The US President doesn't control Israel, obviously.

He can since the US supply weapons to Israel, but he doesn't want to. Biden might have to if he realizes that the conflict might lead to more than a regional conflict but a world conflict.

No - Biden doesn't control the weapons agreement with Israel. Congress does that.

The President can influence negotiations, but that's all.

Here's an example of a US president's approach. Obama (mainly) and others stopped Israel from attacking Iran's nuclear program, by negotiating the 'Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action' in 2012-2015:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joint_Comprehensive_Plan_of_Action

As you will see in that link, this involved Obama's initiative at several key stages. Israel was angry that this changed their plans:

https://www.nytimes.com/2015/07/15/world/middleeast/iran-nuclear-deal-israel.html

https://www.timesofisrael.com/netanyahus-threats-to-attack-iran-panicked-obama-into-nuke-talks-author-says/

And as you'll see at that Wikipedia link, The Trump administration killed those arrangements in 2017-18.

You won't see this discussed in the Pro-Zionist media. Instead, Israel will use the usual argument that it's defending itself by attacking several countries in the Middle East, thereby dragging the West into those conflicts, as usual.

Biden has already told Israel that the US will not participate in any offensive operation against Iran, but Biden should also tell Netanyahu that Israel would be on its own if Iran responds to an Israeli offensive operation. However, as I previously said to stop the conflict Biden should offer this proposal to Israel provided Egypt agrees. Egypt will be given the West Bank enlarged by land equivalent to the Gaza Strip. In return, Israel will be given the Gaza Strip and land at least 3 times larger than the West Bank in the Sinai Peninsula. If Israel doesn't accept the proposal or it's not feasible, the UN should impose a ceasefire.

At the moment, because there is no Congressional approval for that

but Biden should also tell Netanyahu that Israel would be on its own if Iran responds to an Israeli offensive operation.

That would be GREAT, but Biden doesn't have the authority to refuse declaring war on Iran

That depends on what Congress wants

If Israel doesn't accept the proposal or it's not feasible, the UN should impose a ceasefire.

Sadly, the UN also cannot arrange a binding resolution

The only way out is for the US Congress, and other governments, to impose sanctions on Israel and threaten to fire on Israel if Israel fires on Iran. That's of course highly unlikely, given the Israel lobby's control of Congress. The only real deterrent would be the threat of a nuclear attack from Iran. I'm not sure that's possible or realistic.

If Israel accepts my peace plan, Congress will have nothing to do with it. If Israel rejects it, the UN should impose a ceasefire. The resolution would be binding. See https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/un-security-council-demanded-gaza-ceasefire-what-happens-now-2024-03-26/

Do let us know how Israel's government responds to your plan

It's highly doubtful that the US or Russia would vote 'yes' to a ceasefire order. France, the UK and China might agree to it.

I have no means of presenting my plan. Consequently, we do not know how Israel and the world would respond to it. If my plan is rejected and there is no ceasefire, then the war could spread beyond the region. Remember that World War I started off small but spread.

I think it's pathetic to attack another country when you don't know beforehand total annihilation will happen. In this case a state without nuclear weapons (a weapon theorized to exist for almost 90 years) attacks one that has enough to destroy the entire Middle East a few times over. Did they want to give a fireworks show? Do you need to be a Muslim to be that stupid?

What's next? Invasion by war elephants?
