They absolutely are doing that, and to take Palestinian land.

That's demonstrably wrong though.

https://saidit.net/s/politics/comments/bog3/israeli_foreign_minister_says_gaza_territory_will/

"Israeli foreign minister says Gaza territory will shrink after war [as has been intended since 1995, if not earlier]"

"Foreign Minister Eli Cohen told Israeli Army Radio that Israel's war aims are not just the total destruction of Hamas, but the country also aims to reduce the size of Gaza. The pronouncement is the most explicit indication yet that Israel will move to annex parts of Gaza, as some analysts have speculated."

The IDF literally said they're going to take land.

Could be either of these things. Your implication is that it is #3. But that's not founded in fact, just your opinion.

1) a politician saying a provocative thing to an angry nation

2) and actual policy shift by Israel in response to their legitimate security concerns and changing situation

3) secretly the devious Jews planned to annex Gaza all along, in the same way Arabs plan to annex from the river to the sea. Even though Israel LEFT GAZA in 2005.

You're certain that his statement is a result of #3, I suspect it's more #1.

Even if it's #2 - and his words reflect a true policy shift - it doesn't mean it will happen - Biden's oval office address yesterday stressed Palestinian statehood.
