There have been several videos floating around that show quite clearly that Hamas rockets do not make that sound, especially Hamas rocket fragments. The only thing that makes that noise is a missile hitting its target full force. Again, there are videos showing that some Israeli rockets make that exact sound.

As my link said, the size of the crater does not match that of an Israeli missile.
