Sure, you just have to think Putin is a credible source of true information. Clearly OP does

ALSO you have to accept the framing of the story

  • African leaders are in town with a real peace deal that could work

  • Putin said no

  • BUT that doesn't mean Putin is anti-peace. Actually Putin was pro-peace last year, when he invented a peace deal in his own favor

  • So, even though Putin stands in the way of today's peace, it's really Ukraine's fault for fighting back against him and not just giving him what he wanted

  • Ukraine and Boris are the true barriers to peace, according to Putin, who turned down the African peace deal

That's the story you need to believe, in order to find this article credible. And yeah clearly OP does

Absolutely. The terms are: give Russia a 5th of your country (in addition to Crimea and the 1000s of kids who were kidnapped), or Putin continues sending soldiers to the slaughter, bombing Ukraine to rubble, additional war crimes, and raping, murdering and displacing millions of innocent civilians. It's not a peace deal. It's a hostage situation.

This isn't the only source for this. Apparently Zelensky did sign a peace treaty, even while the US and UK was threatening him if he did. It is no surprise that US/UK lap dog media refuses to cover this fact or why it prevents Russia from joining the African peace deal.

Africa knows the US/UK are evil democracy destroying untrustworthy colonist and behind this tiny, broke, country, with no army left and almost all mercenaries, pushing a highly televised fight against real actual world superpower with no chance of winning. All members of the world know this is meant to disrupt global trade, sending the world back to the dark ages, allowing for a power grab by a few.

Yes, the US/EU's destruction of trade and energy supplies are affecting Africa badly. It will spread to the rest of the world soon. Mass famine, war, violence, and dictator power-grabs are in the near future.

We can't rationally blame this on Putin (but we will with our weaponized media and low info populations), but have been openly planning this for half a decade, and were quietly planning it for the other half.

Who is blockading the black sea grain ports? Is it America or the EU piloting those ruzzian navy craft, who, contrary to their obligations under the UN grain agreement are only searching one or two grain ships per day?

It's not blockade'd, although it might as well be, as it is too much security risk for most shippers and their insurance companies. That isn't the only port problem either, the US has ensured that the squeeze will be felt world round when blowing up the pipeline.

It has nothing to with US and everything to do with ruzzia's occupation and ongoing war.

Ruzzia is supposed to search the ships to it's satisfaction and then allow them to dock. It's not doing that, and ruzzia's negligence is being felt in African food prices. So, when the African delegation are told by Putin to suck a dick, it's clear to everyone who the aggressor terrorist is in this war.

This is the peace deal that the UN should offer to Russia and Ukraine. NATO membership will stay as it presently is. Russia will withdraw from all land it seized from Ukraine after the invasion. It can occupy land it seized before the invasion. However, the land would legally belong to Ukraine. If Russia attacks Ukraine again, the UN would be obligated to defend Ukraine.
