I hate selective enforcement - if you can't punish everyone equally for something, don't pick out a "random" (since it's never random).

The cop looks like a dollar-store DeNiro and acts like a teenage bully. Which is generally the truth, since there's only two types of people who even WANT the job. One type wants to make their home better - the other wants a badge and a gun. The first type, don't last very long.

THAT SAID, it has been regulation since September 11, 1972 long before this guy was even born.

THAT SAID, the amount of laws people are expected to just "know" is absurd these days.

THAT SAID, the laws are clearly posted around the stations...

Ultimately - the psychology that creates a police officer is the problem.
