Russell Brand's Agents Drop Actor

The London-based talent agency Tavistock Wood has dropped Brand after four women accused him of rape, sexual assault, and emotional abuse, according to a report by the Independent.

“TW has terminated all professional ties to Brand,” the talent agency told the outlet.

Yet another good moment to write down the names of companies that nobody should be doing any business with, ever.

In my view Russell has been unwise, in his segment addressing these allegations/smears, to describe his sexual history as promiscuous but 'always consensual'. They'll now go after him on this point.

They'll now go after him on this point.

He included that specifically because that was what they told him they were going after him about. This was an obvious "in the next day or so, a story will be published accusing me of rape", which it was.

The only somewhat weird part about this is that they bothered to warn him beforehand, and gave him time to post something in preparation. It wasn't a segment addressing the allegations but a segment addressing that allegations about "something" was coming. He hasn't posted on his Twitter account since it came, not sure if he appeared publicly anywhere yet or if the response to this is still a work in progress.

It's Russell Fucking Brand. His past has been very public for a long time already. He's been owning it every step of the way.

Consent not being explicit or somewhat ambiguous does not equal sexual assault. However, in a trial by media, it is a good way to hang him. I think Russell has partially fallen into their trap by engaging in any talk about consent (outside a court of law).

Fascinating how the slander machine rolls in to destroy a person's credibility once they become a genuine threat to the state. We don't know why people with platforms don't speak out until we see how oligarchy operates. When the oligarchy can taint their credibility at a moment's notice if they don't fall in the line. It's no wonder why so many good people don't raise their voices. Meanwhile the monsters are given cover in exchange for their fervent allegiance to the oligarchy. I wonder what the oligarchy has on Sean Penn that got his mind right.

First they came

They probably spent a couple of million $ putting together this garbage accusation against Brand. Just reading the first-hand accounts of the women, it is clear that Brand is not a rapist, by their own words. And they spent years hunting down and interviewing thousands of women to get those 4 cases, none of them rape.

Perfectly normal.

Barely a day goes by without the police knocking on my door to ask whether or not I've been the victim of a crime:

  • "Good evening, we are conducting an investigation into an alleged car theft by Benny Brown. Have you ever had your car stolen by Benny?"

  • "Hi, we are investigating whether or not George Smith committed assault last Tuesday, and we're wondering whether he beat you too at some time. Not necessarily on Tuesday, it might have happened any time."

  • "Hello again, today we're investigating Henry Higgins for burglary. I don't suppose he's burgled your house too? Can you give us a list of items he stole?"

The cops always do this. Don't they?

Yup, desperate for a distraction or something. It's not as if Brand was that much of a high-profile 'dissident voice' to be a major threat to them.

They're pulling an Assange and hoping it'll stick, and it will only stick with shitlibs who would have bought any other smear anyway.

They're the ones who weaponized MeToo and made it entirely meaningless, and yet they're still trying to use it.

By idiots, for morons.

He gets more views and subscriptions than they do. He, Tucker and Joe Rogan are an existential threat. If alternative media were your only source of news, I'd argue that you are likely better informed.
