I know some people that think he doesn't get it when he's speaking from his experience.

If you're a poor urban youth, rap was a vehicle.

If you're in the country, blues and country are your avenues.

Non-urban folk got hit hard by liberals for supporting Trump and the stigma for voting Trump is still prevalent.

Now with that context, someone explain to me how a bunch of liberals, who support Ukraine, who hate everything Trump...

I'm going to be frank: it's bigotry. Certainly there are those who want to fan the flames of division with idpol but I'm even seeing leftists I thought were better than this weighing in to shit on him, and it seems like most of it is rooted in him being white and singing country. No credit given that the "right" is growing more in common with the "left", too much attention to his race and genre, and a weird fixation on that line about welfare above anything else in the song.

Terrifying but necessary. The different topics over the last couple of years-- Force the Vote, state mandated injections, Rage Against the War Machine, et. al. always reveal new sleeper agents that were just waiting to try and kneecap opinions that are bad for business.

He makes my job that much harder in trying to reduce these issues and work on the ground when he claims everyone against him is racist.

He doesn't learn, he doesn't study, he doesn't grow as a person.

He grifts online for his YouTube channel.

Jason Unruhe is the exact same thing where he just makes money on Patreon, yells about BS and ignores the real stuff.

I'm not saying that we don't need people that want to do a better media job but if the only thing you're doing is hot takes on Twitter, you're useless.

More conservatives are waking up to class struggle which creates more class consciousness which helps make the job easier for us all to build a better society.

That's far more engaging than hardening people to their stance by not listening to them.

Yeah he calls himself a communist and focuses on mutual aid over political action which was a different approach to the cause, but then his attitude shows ignorance of class consciousness. Black communists still need allies. Heck, communists of every kind need more allies.
