They spread those costs out to everyone else and make even more money from a new insurance market. Most health insurance plans in the US are through your employer. Also see this article.

I don't buy it. 100% of people who sign up for fag insurance, if that is their "new market" will already be trannies.

Nobody says: "Gee, I better pay 50 bucks a month in case I become a faggot!"

Right? You'd only have payouts and no money would be gained.

Something very sinister is going on and I don't like it

No, as in a company selects from available insurance packages to cover employees in bulk, and all the packages include some coverage for trans procedures for trans employees.

Years ago they were dumping people with pre existing conditions until Obama put a stop to it. They did this to avoid payouts.

Yet now they WANT to pay out. Why?

I'm not saying they won't eventually cut people off if the costs of complications pile up. For now however they're factoring in costs of surgery and charging rates that are profitable for them. They also provide no coverage for detransitioners, and probably haven't factored in malpractice lawsuits. Thus far they've avoided some of the real costs but that may not last forever.

It is forseeable that the costs WILL pile up. Not rocket science that injecting yourself with chemicals and drilling sores into your body will cause a TON of complications.

8 years ago it took Obama and congress to keep these greedy sociopaths from jewing sick people out of insurance and leaving them to die. Because payouts are expensive.

Now, they will GIVE you a payout. What the FUCK CHANGED?

They MUST KNOW that if they come out as transphobic to save money, it will look a lot worse than promoting it and switching positions to save money.

Something incredibly dark is going on.

As we've seen from both the movies and games industries, companies infected with woke culture will not necessarily operate in their own best interests. They've demonstrated that large corporations are perfectly capable of choosing short term DEI cash/stock perks and virtue-signaling opportunities over considering the long-term existential risks to their core business.

Who are these people insurance companies are giving payouts to already? There are just a few lawsuits that only started in the past year or so.

The faggots. They have to pay for the faggots mutilation bill.

Most troons in the USA aren't faggots but autogynephilic straight men

All the more reason to misgender them

[–]Jiminy 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

The reason is that behind closed doors, members of the global elite, WEF, Rothschild etc, talked to the CEOs of health insurance companies, and told them to support trans shit because it's part of their world strategy, divide and conquer.

[–]Titanic[S] 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

What's in it for them though?

[–]Jiminy 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

What's in it for the CEOs? First off it's known CEOs never lose money, they get a golden parachute if ever leaving the job for whatever reason. Health insurance companies will get bailed out by the fed reserve if they ever lose money. Pfizer is losing money on vaccines now cuz the word is out they cause heart problems. Will the Pfizer ceo lose his job, no.

Besides that, they all go to the gatherings of elites and likely get up to Epstein stuff that they get blackmailed with if ever growing a conscience.

It's like an advertising budget. The actual cost of things like hormones is very low compared to other medications. Yes it's very expensive to a normal person but compared to their entire budget it's small. Then because most insurance in the US is done through big employers the insurance company can put a little line like "trans inclusive" etc so the ultra PC HR departments will skim through various policies and make sure to mark those as acceptable. The big companies at the same time use that as a way to brag about how inclusive they are. Those policies might even cost more but they will push that cost off onto the employees.

I just heard a stat today that for a family of 4 over the lifetime of coverage, the insurance will cost that family over $900,000. This is rarely talked about because for most people you don't even see that as a real expense. Your employer pays some portion of that for you but in reality that's your money that's being siphoned off. For me personally I have a zero contribution insurance plan with my employer because they pay the whole thing. The issue is they don't even really tell you how much it is unless you press them on it or you ask for a raise.

The ones not happy about trans medical treatments are the malpractice insurance companies. I heard some are charging higher rates or refusing to cover doctors who perform these procedures.

They're making huge profits off of it. Used to be it would takes months maybe years of therapy before a person would be prescribed "gender-affirming" care. Now, that same person can expect to walk out of a Dr.'s office or even clinic with hormones in one day.

Not yet they don't, but they will. Part of the issue is the statute of limitations to sue in many places. Lengthen it to say 20 years and surgeons will stop bothering.

The same reason that studios are ceasing production of CDs/DVDs in favor of streaming services. Why bother getting a one-time payment when you can make someone pay for the rest of their life for the same thing?

[–]Titanic[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Yes, but THEY are the ones paying!

[–]LyingSpirit472 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

They're paying, but they also get the person to go on the subscription service afterwards and pay for all the extra stuff. No different than the studio paying to make movies or music when it's on streaming.

Blackrock probably pays them more.
