They jumped the shark.

No sympathy. Plenty of chances for the LGB part to recognize they had won and to cash out and not be sore winners. But it wasn’t enough for them.

The problem is/was the leadership. Organizations like this have acquired a not-insignificant amount of power and influence and are (understandably) loathe to just give it up. To keep hold of all of that, and to justify doing so, they have to take on new struggles, new problems. If they can't find legitimate ones to tackle, they'll just go ahead and make their own.

Most LGB organizations were corrupted by massive funding from Arcus, Pritzkers, etc., to switch to the trans agenda. Anyone who objected was likely purged in order to take the money.

It's like shareholders. A business can't legally just make a profit, it needs more and more. Gay and lesbians achieved all their goals, and many in the movement weren't even gay they just wanted to make money, so they moved on to trannys . After they achieve all tranny goals, next is pedos.

And, specifically, it's the career activists who still want to have a career after achieving what they set out to achieve.

After same-sex marriage, career activists faced a crisis. What shall we do now? Their answer was to latch onto all the gender stuff.

I have watched so many gay men and lesbians go out of their way to support transgenderism and justify the horrors that come along with it, I agree with you.

I'd counter with, "why are you so insistent people out themselves?"

GLAAD erased the gays a while back. It's been on the trans-train for years, and it's the same all across the board in these organizations.

My undergraduate university used to have an LGB Resources Office. Now, it's the "Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity." It's run by a trans-man, and all their programming relates to gender transition services and pronouns. Gays and lesbians are hardly mentioned on their website.

I've likened it to building a house and coming home one day to find someone else living there. They've changed the locks and now insist that they own the house. In fact, they've always owned it because they really built it. That's the level of gaslighting you get from these people. They will look in your face and tell you that without trans people, you wouldn't have any gay rights.
