There are excellent examples of fine black scholarship in the world. However, The Root is a fine example of the worst of black scholarship.

I always looked at The Root as the black community's answer (in an "I know you are, but what am I" type of way) to The Daily Stormer. I have yet, in my admittedly infrequent exposures to that rag, been proven wrong.

Which was just an Electric Boogaloo continuation of the earlier detente between the Nation of Islam and the American Nazi Party. I suspect that, had he not been killed by one of his own, George Rockwell (ANP founder) would have gone as far as his own beliefs would have allowed to work with the NoI to pursue their common goals (enforced segregation between whites and black, removal of the Jew from all positions of influence or effect over either race).

They are literally the bottom rung on many measures of success, well under black women for earnings, life expectancy, education and incarceration.

2017 was about the limit as to when people started getting tired of this hack oppression olympics stuff. I think by the time Biden came in the response (at least in the comment sections) to stuff like this shit was appropriately derisive.
