It’s a reference library isn’t it? I’m fairly sure it’s supposed to have stuff like that. I’d expect it to have all sorts of publications that might be “offensive”.

It’s the Glasgow Women’s Library, you can search their catalogue

But it is a specialist reference library so it mostly has obscure stuff you wouldn’t find in a public library.

Joyce, Shrier and Rowling are all going to be found in the local Public Library.
