It just sounds like the old argument "gay people aren't reproducing so they are dieing out".

Like it doesn't make much sense, are they saying that only real lesbians are transphobic lesbians? They are dying out? Or are you pretending they are?

I think the idea is "crusty old transphobe lesbians are dying out and cool penis-loving lesbians are in now, so if you don't get with the program, vague empty threat."

I imagine what happened is that after the lesbian bars got colonized by enpinsed lesbians the lesbians who only are interested in women left to go elsewhere.
