But if Liar Thomas really wanted to compete that badly, there's always the male category. I'm sure nobody would have an objection to "her" participating there.

I've always said the only solution is not to play.

If you're a woman in a swimming competition that allows men to swim as women. Just quit. Don't play. The women stand together and maintain solidarity on this and it will only take one time for this nonsense to stop. "If we are forced to allow males to compete in the female competition we'll resign"

And then if they make you you have to resign.

What do you think would happen if Lia Thomas was facing a competition with literally nobody to compete against except other trans women? Advertising revenue would dry up, the corporate powers that be would very quickly find a reason why it's not "discrimination" to tell trans women they don't have a right to equal access to women's sports once their pocket books are effected.

I agree, but I think it's very hard to tell women to forfeit careers they've sacrificed and trained their whole lives for. The window for participation at the elite level is pretty narrow, and this requires pretty much a generation of female athletes to just walk away. I frankly think these men would still see that as a win.

Completely agree. But they don't really have a choice as I see it. They either forfeit their careers now and refuse to put up with it, or they forfeit their careers later when more trans identified males jump on it and dominate the high levels. That of course is a horrible position for them to be in, but I don't really see any alternative.

Frankly after literal decades of being told "women are just as good if not better than men at everything!!!!" anything but full contact sports should be co-ed...

I wonder what the context is for him needing to recruit a Canadian law firm.

The decision to engage a Canadian law firm holds significant implications for any organization navigating legal complexities within the intricate landscape of Canadian law. Understanding the context behind this strategic move requires careful consideration of various factors that may influence the choice. In this comprehensive analysis, we will delve into the potential considerations that could drive an organization to seek the expertise of a Canadian law firm. 1. Navigating the Nuances of Canadian Law: Canada's legal framework is a complex tapestry of federal and provincial statutes, regulations, and case law, often distinct from legal systems in other jurisdictions. Engaging a Canadian law firm allows organizations to navigate these complexities effectively, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The intricate web of Canadian laws governing business operations, taxation, employment, and intellectual property necessitates specialized knowledge and expertise to ensure adherence and mitigate potential legal risks. 2. Overcoming Language and Cultural Barriers: Canada's bilingual nature, with English and French as official languages, presents unique challenges for organizations operating in a globalized world. Engaging a Canadian law firm equipped to communicate effectively in both languages facilitates seamless communication and understanding of legal matters, avoiding misunderstandings or misinterpretations that could lead to costly disputes. Additionally, Canadian law firms possess a deep understanding of the cultural nuances and societal norms that shape the legal landscape, enabling them to provide tailored advice aligned with the organization's values and objectives. 3. Accessing Specialized Expertise and Experience: Canadian law firms often boast teams of highly skilled and experienced lawyers specializing in diverse areas of law, including corporate law, litigation, intellectual property, and immigration law. Engaging a Canadian law firm allows organizations to tap into this specialized expertise, ensuring they receive targeted and comprehensive legal advice tailored to their specific needs. This collaboration with legal experts enhances decision-making, risk management, and strategic planning, ultimately contributing to the organization's success and sustainability. 4. Building Strong Relationships with Local Stakeholders: Engaging a Canadian law firm fosters the development of strong relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations. These relationships can prove invaluable in navigating the intricacies of Canadian law and resolving legal challenges efficiently. By establishing a presence in the Canadian legal community, organizations can gain access to valuable insights, networks, and resources that would otherwise be inaccessible. 5. Protecting Intellectual Property and Business Interests: In today's knowledge-driven economy, protecting intellectual property (IP) and business interests is paramount. Canadian law firms possess the expertise to safeguard IP rights, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights, through various legal mechanisms such as registration, enforcement, and litigation. Engaging a Canadian law firm ensures that an organization's IP and business interests are vigorously protected, enabling them to maintain a competitive edge and minimize the risk of infringement or misappropriation. Conclusion: The decision to engage a Canadian law firm is a strategic move driven by various factors that can significantly impact an organization's success and sustainability within the Canadian legal landscape. From navigating the complexities of Canadian law to accessing specialized expertise and building strong local relationships, engaging a Canadian law firm provides organizations with a trusted partner to guide them through legal challenges and seize opportunities. By carefully considering the context and potential benefits, organizations can make informed decisions about engaging a Canadian law firm, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and achieving their long-term goals in Canada.

Stupid fucker. Dumber than the 90 year old woman who burned her beaver at Mcdonalds.

My question is: does this guy have a job? What does he do with his life? Is he a full time antagonistic pervert? he has too much time on his hands
