I can't believe I am in the position of defending them, but they can. It's just that no one, including the alphabet people seem to understand the distinction.

Asexual means you're not attracted to males or females, it doesn't mean you have no sex drive. It is possible to be aroused not by a particular gender, but rather just by sex itself. This is far more common with women who can sometimes be aroused only by the concept of being stimulated with or without a partner doing the stimulation. They don't visualize the bodies of a partner the way normal people do to be aroused.

Then again, I do think most of these people have like one instance kinda like that and are thrilled they get to fall under one of the more obscure branches of the ever popular LGBTQIA2S+ umbrella.

That sounds like me, except sex isn't the stimulating act (bondage is).
