Going by their own rules, the homeless woman can't be racist, because she has no power over him, thus she can call him a nigger all day and be totally absolved.

Completely unfair; if a troon is white, a black cis person has a chance to trump them on the scale as well by claiming "well, maybe I'm cis and black, but if I were trans and black I'd have it worse so you still have it better than me." No one's willing to try because the troons will whine louder, but they would win.
