“Polyamory” sounds like a fucking nightmare.
If you look at the most successful cultures in history they all practiced monogamy and the most shitty ones practiced polygamy. Trust the postmodernist critical social justice crowd to want to push the shitty failed option “but this time folx it’ll work”.

True. Monogamous relationships are tricky enough to navigate. This is just a shitshow.

Is it because they're postmodernist critical social justice folx that they do it, or is it because they're narcissist POS's who support polygamy because there is no doubt in their mind it will end up with "they get to bang any and everyone they want and those people all coo and are happy solely being faithful to the POS except for the regular orgies?"

Always looks like a massive drama factory to me. I've had a few of these types try to convince me to try it and I'm like nope, don't need that much excitement in my life.
Like if I were in this situation I'd have it resolved so quickly. I've known a few people who were openly polyamorous, they'd try to drag me into it and I'm like no thanks I'm good. It's better to live alone than live with a crazy woman. Could you imagine sleeping with multiple crazy people at the same time?

I think the idea of polyamory is fine but at the same time most humans can't handle the reality of that relationship. Either they will be jealous or they will be involved with various types of drama. My Version of polyamory still would act like monogamy but allow the people to do things on the side. This includes just non sexual activity such as cuddling with friends. I would basically move the line to be more allowing instead of going to a Mike Pence level where you can't eat dinner with the opposite sex.

Polyamorous Man Celebrated By Media Now Charged With Abusing Infant
The polyamorous relationship–consisting of four men and one woman–made a splash across several media outlets who attempted to decipher the dynamics of the unorthodox relationship as the woman had become pregnant to one of the men. One of the men in the unconventional relationship, Ethan Baucom, 22, from Jacksonville, has been charged with aggravated child abuse fracturing the 5-week-old baby’s arm, leg, ribs, and skull.

It's always boggled me that progressives can recognize that polygamous societies are terrible for women and children, but yet somehow think that if you remove 'marriage' its now liberating. I've known a few 'polyamorous' situations and they all involve women desperately trying to make themselves OK with being treated their partners fucking other women while they sit at home (usually by adopting a Pride persona).
