Not only that, but even if it could survive, it's kind of a low blow to attack people just showing self-love, even with the Buffalo Bill type nature to some of it. Attack the snarts when their viewpoints show they deserve to be mocked and attacked for it, not for just 'being trans and existing as such'.

There's therapeutic self-love and then there's pathological self-obsession. I'm sorry but advertising to the internet how you're hot shit would fall into the latter category. A bit of ridicule for these people is needed to help maintain healthy expectations and social norms.

They get to force people to participate in their delusions while using threats of social terrorism (getting you banned, fired etc) if you dare to try to check their reality.
