Oh, so they're specifically blocking me then. Of course.

Or maybe it's something on your end causing the issue. Did you try it with a different browser?

I get a 403 error, which means I don't have permission to use it.

I was able to figure out that the error I'm getting is "Enable JavaScript and cookies to continue", which apparently comes from CloudFlare. But those aren't disabled, and why would everything but that one function work?

Idk, but maybe it's a browser issue.

Still an issue?

JavaScript is normal on the internet, it's front-end web display and functionality mostly. You can only disable so much before websites break completely. If you completely disabled it, that's on you. Use uBlock Origin to disable the unnecessary stuff, and then tinker more at your own risk.

Cookies are also extremely common and, at least temporarily, necessary to make sites work as different pages call back on each other. SaidIt is no exception, especially as a 2015/2016 reboot of Reddit. Try setting your cookies and temp files to save to RAM and purge when you close your browser, rather than not allowing them at all.

I said they're not disabled.

Why do you think m7 doesn't want me setting flairs?

I don't think that's what's happening here. I'm thinking it's an issue with cookies, ad block, or your browser. Try a different browser.

This is a very simple function that doesn't even take any parameters in this case, and it's even exempt from certain security checks. There's absolutely no reason cookies or my browser should be making it give a 403 error while everything else works. I don't have ad block.

Just like the ropes tieing you to the chair in my basement closet
