Subs that go by their own rules are more likely to be (or guaranteed to be?) not shown in "all". I understand there is some desire that someone browsing "all" have an understanding of the rules there. The subs that are not on all can be found in https://saidit.net/subs/notall/ . Most use the default report options, but a few don't.
