The factors that do control cohesion are, in order: Health, wealth, relative poverty.

These are factors, but is not the main reason for the breakdown of social trust.

I'm still waiting to hear about the vibrantly diverse neighborhood you live in. Talk about your experiential knowledge on the subject.
