No. First of all, Americans are not a race. Americans are a European nation, descended largely from Northern Europeans, Anglo-Germanic blood, that have undergone a process of ethnogenesis to become our own unique European nation with the North American continent as our soil.

Second of all, Hispanic is a stupid term. Hispanic is not a race or ethnic descriptor. Most people in the US referred to as "hispanics" are really Mestizos.
