I may have seemed a bit snappy and I'll tell you why. Yesterday I went to a special orthopedic hospital about my back. They give you the usual series of x-rays and the results are sent to (a kind of) massage technician, the exact English title of which I do not yet know but it's a kind of physiotherapy. It was very gentle as he manipulated nearly every vertebra and some muscles. At the end of an hour he said I may experience unusual emotions and physical effects later in the day. I did and the snappy effect was one. Mostly though, I feel great and will be getting a once a week/three-month course of the same work. I hope thee anger effect will go away but am looking forward to it.
