She snuck through the metal detectors? Maybe she avoided them, but her fat folds can not prevent the magnetic field from detecting metal.

Initial reports were uncertain if the shooting happened inside or outside the park, but by Monday, police said the notion that the incident happened outside was "almost completely dispelled.".

I'd bet the police were involved in a bullshit terrorism drill or whatever, and they pretended it was inside so they didn't interrupt the game.

They are probably looking for an excuse to install more intrusive scanning systems.
