This is Saidit. We don't throw insults, we debate issues. If you have an issue with what Kanye said, say it and let's have it out. This isn't an argument, it's a TOS violation.

It's not an insult, it's advice. His friends and family should convince him to take his meds, he's gone completely off the rails and this isn't the first time. He refuses to be medicated for his bipolar disorder because he thinks it impacts his creative process.
