A couple of years back there was a kerfuffle going on on Twitter among leftwing activists which was hard to discern. On the one hand, they didn't want to display disunity or air dirty laundry. The matter, sexual abuse and emotional abuse by the top comrade of the LA chapter of the DSA, was grave enough that the accusers had to go outside of the group's internal communications. But what really made the matter difficult to follow was that everyone was cultishly bound to observe the strictest language policies because the accused was a "trans woman". This was when I first saw the term "masc". Long story short, The leader of the LA chapter of the DSA was a bearded, middle-aged man who dresses in conventional male fashion and comports himself as male, is in fact married to a woman with whom he has children, and who "identifies" as a "masc-presenting CAMAB trans woman" as a method of manipulating nineteen year-old chicks into blowing him. And none of girls he badgered into doing sex with him with threats of accusing them of "transphobia" before the group could simply state that because of the rules which govern the cult.
