I like the /s. Sometimes a dry delivery is important to make a joke work, but also we live in a world where some of the things you say with a straight face which are obviously bullshit are also the kind of thing that some people are advocating. Sometimes I need that little /s. :(

Maybe we could expand on the definition, letting people know that this is Sincerely Sarcasm. We could use "SS". Maybe, to make it flashy, make it look like two S shaped lightning bolts! Sounds cool!
