TL;DR: I now have the respect and appreciation for my body that I didn't have before I chemically and surgically mutilated it while chasing the dragon of trans validation. Yay me!

Edit: Statement edited to correctly, as pointed out by what is potentially another alt for the infamous Socks, reflect the actual content of the post, not an unsupported inference.

Just out of curiosity, how did you get to "before I chemically and surgically mutilated it" from "I'm a little over 2 years off hrt"?

You know what "surgery" is, right?

there's no regrowth

Note that she specifically says regrowth, as in a return of what was otherwise removed in some fashion. HRT doesn't remove breast tissue, surgery does.

The inference is she got chopped.

But, I'll admit, it is an inference. So I will amend my comment to the remove the reference to surgical mutilation. She still mutilated herself in pursuit of a false reality though.

Note that she specifically says regrowth

I took that to mean no growth after stopping hrt.
