I am not surprised but if you dare to say there is an ongoing social contagion after seeing every second person proclaiming being they/them and gay then somehow you're hateful

I know a guy who teaches an acting class in Northern California, and he said that 1/2 the class (about four years ago) claimed to be some variety of neo-gender.

I remember my college classmates who came out as bisexual or lesbians (mostly women) after taking a Women's Studies course. This was 30 years ago now, so people weren't quite as into the whole thing as they are now, but they would claim that identity for a semester or two and then quietly drop it without ever having experienced any actually sapphic sex. They're all married with kids now and posting on Facebook about where their kids are going to college.

My high school class had 6-8 trans people and only one is still trans. Trenders do it because it's considered cool on social media and you get plenty of minority points(I can't be the only one who noticed trenders are overwelmingly white people with a savior complex) but as soon as they enter the workforce or start making irl connections they are suddenly fine with being cis again.

Those clubs seem to turn into TQ+ echo chambers. I checked out my college's club once, but left after seeing there was one gay man (a TRA himself), maybe 2 lesbian women, and 10 or so people who were either nonbinary women, or trans identified women. I think the one gay man was literally the only biological man there, yet nearly a third of the members identified as men.

Hmmm, it's almost as if most(if not all) "LGBT" spaces are dominated these days by spicy straight people who identify as "queer" or "trans". Nah, no way, can't possibly be that.
