They can do it on their own dime then. Unfortunately, in some places, others have to fund their completely anti-health procedures and the handling of all the negative consequences thereof.

Agreed, it's elective and should be treated as such. Most insurance policies don't cover plastic surgery because feeling insecure or ugly is a personal problem, not a medical one.

Imagine if taxpayer money was funding 'otherkin-affirming care' for people who believe their animals or whatever. It's absurd.
