That is a strange question. I mean, I couldn't tell you definitively whether u/usehername is a man or a woman because I've never met them, but the broader point is, I am suspicious of anyone who lies about and changes core details about themselves. Nobody just "forgets" whether they are a man or a woman...... that sounds like something that someone who is juggling 50+ alt accounts would do.
