Thanks so much! I was wrackin' my brain trying to come up with the right search terms for this last night! (I'd seen it before, too, and thought it was a really accurate representation of the sad state of affairs for LGB people.) THIS time, I had the good sense to download it :)

It's the LGBTQIA Pyramid! Thank you, good sir! I couldn't remember if A was in there or not.

If I could revise this, I would also have a ghost of T floating off to the side with a knife in its back looking confused/hurt at a smug-looking T on the top of the pyramid, with T and Q holding bloody knives behind their backs. This would represent the fact that the T of today is not the sympathetic T of yesteryear.

I would also put a bowtie and perhaps a blue toupee on the Q because duh.
