You cannot convince me that there is any way anyone could do surgery there and not permanently damage something.

Yes, this kind of thing happens alot in this type of procedures.

In the neovagina surgery (penis inversion), the thing ends up with almost no sensibility whatsoever, so nerve damage is to be expected.

The thing with FtMs is that the testosterone abuse eventually leads to the need of a hypersectomy and the removal of the clit, which in these circumstances can lead to disaster.
