    You cannot convince me that there is any way anyone could do surgery there and not permanently damage something.

    Yes, this kind of thing happens alot in this type of procedures.

    In the neovagina surgery (penis inversion), the thing ends up with almost no sensibility whatsoever, so nerve damage is to be expected.

    The thing with FtMs is that the testosterone abuse eventually leads to the need of a hypersectomy and the removal of the clit, which in these circumstances can lead to disaster.

    What we call clitoris is like the equivalent of penis head, the glande. But there is all the internal structure that reaches the vagina opening, the so called g spot is just clitoris nevers.

    I think metoidioplasty is to expose more of what's internal of the clit. Very brutal looking surgery and results.

    The brutality is mostly in modifying the clit so they can piss out of it, cus female bodies don't have enough urethra to work with. If they just wanted a big long clit I think it would be a lot simpler.
