That's always a hallmark of prejudiced people, they deny it then immediately go on to explain why they're right to be prejudiced. At least in my experience.

I know what you're talking about. I think there are subgroups within prejudiced people, though, I've seen both kinds. I think the "deny-my-prejudice" group is probably more motivated by social status politics and whatnot, and that leads them to lie about it.
